Matthieu Ricard’s TED talk remains one of the most viewed. He is labeled the world’s happiest man and translated for the Dalai Lama for over a decade. His book called ‘Altruism’ is still one of my favourites and is a world best seller. He describes Buddhism as the identification of suffering and then finding ways to alleviate it. He has helped scientists explore the benefits of Mindfulness and has taken part in many research projects (he’s the guy with the nodes stuck to his head). As a teacher and fan of Mindfulness, Matthieu goes down as one of my most memorable and influential guests. Our car pool podcast together was very special and I am very happy to share this with you. Anh and Will join me to ask Matthieu our deepest questions.
